banana bread cake
3 ripe bananas, mash
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 c oil
mix together, then add
2 cup flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 Tbsps cinnamon
put in a flour cake pan (8x10 pan is in the picture)
bake at 400 for 35mins
let cool and eat.
